For this school project, I was hired to create a tapas and craft cocktails bar and lounge that serves light meals. The atmosphere/aesthetic must reflect the concept of “cocktail lounge” but can do so in a contemporary manner. The menu and concept are to be based on an item from the Stout library archives.

The Smokey Sapphire is a 1920s inspired tapas and cocktail lounge that will reflect the bustling age of the prohibition era. With a nod to the art deco movement, this lounge will provide a modern and high end feel with a moody twist. Light, side meals will be served along with their signature drink, a sidecar.
